Fair play: no no

There are 2 kinds of people who approach the courtroom.

The ones who seek justice and the ones who want to take advantage of the system.

To use a sport analogy (or was it a war analogy?), people in the latter category think attack is the best defense. They think they deserve 3, they shoot for 10, hoping to get 5 or 6 (which is better than 3).

Well, you may think that the justice system is just and fair and lying and bending the rules doesn’t work. Unfortunately, that’s not true. In family law, those who do not play according to the rule, score more points.

The problem is if you try to take advantage of the system, you’re gonna fail. It takes a pathological liar to succeed at this. If you try it, it will only make you look bad in front of the judge and he or she will punish you.

But I promise you, you can still succeed, and even win it all, if you play fair but you also follow my advice on how to protect yourself from unfair legal practices. I want to keep this email brief, so I put some of what you need to know in this video.
